STEPS OFACCOUNT CREATION
As a new customer, users will be able to register an account with a mobile phone number to access the system.
Login
The Customer accesses the registration page and enters his mobile number and the system authenticates the number by sending him an OTP.
Validate the OTP
The Customer enters this OTP in the system, the system validates this OTP and redirects him to the MPIN page.
Define MPIN
The Client defines his MPIN in the system which will allow him to log into the system.
As an agent, I want to register on the platform so I can start helping clients with their transactions and earn commissions.

The Agent accesses the registration page and enters his mobile number and the system authenticates the number by sending him an OTP.
Validate the OTP
Agent enters this OTP in the system, system validates this OTP and redirects him to MPIN page.

The Agent defines his MPIN in the system which will allow him to log into the system.

The Merchant defines his MPIN in the system which will allow him to log into the system.
As a business, I would like to submit a registration request through the system administration portal or through a designated account manager so that I can access the financial and operational features of the platform to efficiently manage my business transactions.
Submit a request
The company submits a detailed registration application through the system administration portal or through a designated company account manager.
Set up the account
Once approved, the business receives login credentials and can access the platform to configure roles, link payment methods, and securely manage transactions.
