• Third Party Services: The Service Provider may periodically transmit anonymized location data to external services. These services help it improve the Application and optimize its offers.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, mandatory notifications and marketing promotions.

Withdrawal rights

You can easily stop the collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You can use the standard uninstallation processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application platform or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Data for the duration of your use of the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete the User Data you have provided through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at sitedigitalpay@gmail.com; the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will immediately delete this information from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (sitedigitalpay@gmail.com) so that they can take appropriate action.

The Service Provider is concerned about the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and stores.
